How do I change my Netflix plan or account information?

You can make changes to your Netflix plans that are included in your Bundle through My Astro app

You can change your non Astro-bundled a-la carte Netflix plan at any time by signing into Netflix.com and visiting the Account page, then selecting Change Plan to view and select available plans.
